Dry Creek Ranch is a master-planned agricultural community in the foothills corridor between Boise and Eagle off Highway 55. Approved by Ada County around 2017 and 2018, it covers more than 1,400 acres and is planned for well over a thousand homes.
It is built around an active 8-acre community farm that supplies residents with fresh produce, with equestrian options, community pools, a clubhouse and extensive trails. Lots range from about a third of an acre to multi-acre parcels. Farm, trail and horse-property living brings dirt, dust and pet hair indoors, and large homes on large lots benefit from a consistent schedule.
